Delete your Tertibo account

In the app (immediate)

Open Settings → Delete account and confirm. This permanently and irreversibly deletes your account and all associated data — every log entry and table, chat history and archives, photos, imported files, your profile, and usage records — usually within minutes.

By email

If you no longer have the app installed, email info@tertibo.com from the Google account email you signed in with, subject "Delete my Tertibo account". We verify ownership by the sending address and delete the account and all associated data within 30 days, confirming by reply.

What is deleted

Everything tied to your account: log entries and tables, chats and archives, photos and imported files, profile facts, settings, and usage counters. Crash reports are not linked to your account content and expire automatically within 90 days. There is no partial retention — deletion is complete. Waitlist emails are stored separately; ask info@tertibo.com to delete an early-access request.
