These Terms govern your use of Tertibo, a service operated by Alavna LLC, 113 Christine Ct, Chapel Hill, NC 27516, United States.

1. The service

Tertibo is a personal logging tool that uses AI to organize and estimate the things you record.

2. Not professional advice

Tertibo does not provide medical, dietary, health, or financial advice. Calorie, nutrition, dosage, price, and monetary figures are AI-generated estimates for personal tracking only and may be inaccurate. Values the assistant looked up or inferred are marked as assumed in your tables. Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions about your health, medication, diet, or finances. You rely on the app's outputs at your own risk.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for the accuracy and legality of what you log. Keep your credentials secure.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Tertibo for unlawful purposes, to store others' personal data without permission, or to attempt to disrupt, abuse, or reverse-engineer the service. Usage is subject to fair-use limits (a daily cap on AI requests per account).

5. AI outputs

Results are generated automatically and provided "as is". They may be wrong or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting your entries.

6. Credits & payments

Some features may require credits. Any purchases are subject to the pricing shown at checkout and to the payment processor's terms. Except where required by law, credits are non-refundable.

7. Availability

The service is provided on an "as available" basis and may change or be interrupted.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on the app's outputs.

9. Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
